Anand Kumar Ravindranath Dubey, born on 4 January 1981, was raised in a reputed middle-class family in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. At the age of 4, his family moved to Kandivali, Mumbai.

He is an Indian politician currently serving as one of the National Spokespersons for Shiv Sena (UBT). Before this role, he was a member and spokesperson for the Maharashtra Pradesh Youth Congress.

Political Journey:

2003-2005: President of North Mumbai District NSUI (National Student Union of India – Student Wing of Indian National Congress)

2005: Coordinator of the Dandi Yatra in Gujarat, a re-enactment of the historic march undertaken by Mahatma Gandhi 75 years ago to protest against the Salt Tax imposed by the British Government. This event was led by the late Shri Sunil Dutt, Bollywood superstar, former Union Sports Minister, and chairman of the Dandi Yatra.

2005-2010: Secretary of Mumbai Pradesh NSUI.

2010-2012: Elected Vice President of North Mumbai District Youth Congress (Youth Wing of Indian National Congress).

2012-2014: Elected Secretary of Mumbai Pradesh Youth Congress (Youth Wing of Indian National Congress).

2014-2019: Spokespersons of Mumbai Pradesh Youth Congress (Youth Wing of Indian National Congress).

2019: Joined Shiv Sena in the presence of Aditya Thackeray.

2021 to Present: Serving as one of the National Spokespersons of Shiv Sena (UBT).

2022-2023: Member of District Planning Development Committee (DPDC) and Member of Advisory Committee of MTNL.
